Istvan “Ish” Nyilas is Principal of Clearpath Property Group and has over 18 years experience in real estate sales & marketing, construction operations, and acquisitions including most recently serving as a sales associate and international sales liaison for K. Hovnanian Homes prior to founding the firm. Mr. Nyilas delivers personalized, professional, and continuous contact with his book of business, which has empowered him to sell over $150 million in real estate. While selling out the prestigious 77 Hudson, Mr. Nyilas was presented with back-to-back 2012 and 2013 NJBA SAM Million Dollar Club Awards. From 2014 - 2019, Mr. Nyilas achieved the coveted NJAR Circle of Excellence Award, given to the top real estate salespeople in the state of New Jersey.
Mr. Nyilas is proficient in traditional and social media advertising, event based marketing, pricing and incentive strategy, model merchandising, and Fannie Mae/FHA threshold management for residential developments enabling him to consistently surpass sales goals. Mr. Nyilas has traveled to Hong Kong and Singapore numerous times organizing and hosting real estate exhibitions at the Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons hotels. Through networking with domestic and international clientele alike, Mr. Nyilas boasts an active database of thousands of customers enhancing sales exposure and leads.
Mr. Nyilas is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.E. in Computer Engineering and received his M.B.A. in Project/Construction Management. Additionally, Mr. Nyilas holds a Real Estate Salesperson License with Liberty Realty in Hoboken.
