Istvan “Ish” Nyilas is Principal of Clearpath Property Group with over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, and finance. He began his career as a broker, where he specialized in 1031 exchanges and built a strong track record of structuring deals and connecting investors with high-value opportunities.

At Clearpath, Mr. Nyilas focuses on financing, lender relations, and financial compliance, providing the discipline and oversight that ensure projects meet both operational and financial goals. Mr. Nyilas was instrumental in the firm’s Montvale, NJ projects, successfully overcoming zoning challenges. Mr. Nyilas played a key role more recently in an $80M mixed-use development in North Bergen delivered on time and more than 10% under budget. Mr. Nyilas combined expertise in brokerage and financial management makes him a critical driver of Clearpath’s ability to execute complex developments with transparency and precision.

Mr. Nyilas is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.E. in Computer Engineering and received his M.B.A. in Project/Construction Management.  Additionally, Mr. Nyilas holds a Real Estate Salesperson License with Liberty Realty in Hoboken.
