BRETT SHOWALTER

VP of Construction

Brett Showalter has over 10 years experience in high-density multi-family acquisitions and construction operations in real estate development.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Showalter started his career with K. Hovnanian Homes as a Senior Land Acquisition Analyst in which he constructed feasibility studies of real estate investments to negotiate real estate deals in the New York and New Jersey markets.  After two years Mr. Showalter was promoted to Project Manager on some of the most prominent residential properties on the New Jersey Gold Coast where he supported the acquisition, construction, and delivery of over 1,000 luxury homes totaling more than $900 million in revenue. 

Mr. Showalter and the efforts of his team were admirably awarded in 2009 with the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates award for Homeowner Satisfaction as the #1 Developer serving Northern New Jersey.  In addition to representing ownership for the construction of K. Hovnanian's flagship 48 story high-rise (77 Hudson), Mr. Showalter has also served as a developer representative on Homeowner Association Boards and successfully directed the transition process.  Mr. Showalter possesses a multidisciplinary background including underwriting acquisitions, financial management, and construction management which has immensely benefited his projects and produced industry leading results. 

Mr. Showalter is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Business Management and received M.B.A. coursework in Real Estate Finance.  Additionally, Mr. Showalter holds a Real Estate Salesperson License with Liberty Realty in Hoboken.
